Prime location with lively surroundings, perfect for those who enjoy the buzz of nightlife. The balcony in the room provides a great view to soak it all in.

Noise from neighboring rooms and the street can be disruptive, especially with doors slamming and late-night music. Some maintenance is needed, like plugs coming out of the wall and a loose door knob. The bed and pillows are on the hard side, which might not suit everyone.

nice balcony view

It was just an excellent fit for one night in Athens with good price value. The room had a nice balcony view where I enjoyed my morning coffee. Avoid late checkout. it can get busy and stressful.

My stay at Athinn Residence was delightful! The location is superb, just steps away from Monastriki Square with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bed was very comfy, and the room was spacious and well-equipped, making me feel right at home.

I stayed in the Queen Room for 2 nights and it was super comfortable! The jacuzzi shower was a nice touch, definitely my favorite part. The room was clean and cozy. The location was really convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. It was a bit tricky to find the entrance at first, but the great vibes made up for it!
